Low-income families. The program is for applicants on the 2023 HCV Waitlist; PHA invites applicants only when vouchers become available. The 2010 HCV waitlist has been exhausted.
How to apply
You cannot apply while the waitlist is closed. Watch pha.phila.gov for reopening announcements; PHA will notify the public through TV, radio, print advertising, and its website when the HCV waitlist reopens. If you are on the 2023 HCV Waitlist, check your status online through PHA's portal or call the HCV Customer Support Center at 215-684-4300 with your six-digit client ID number ready.
