PCA’s Helpline routes older Philadelphians to services: a Helpline team member talks through available services and, if appropriate, PCA may schedule an in-home assessment or refer to applicable services. PCA conducts in-home assessments and, for participants enrolled in a PCA-run program, a service coordinator develops a custom care plan. PCA also operates senior centers, including the Firehouse Active Adult Center and Southwest Senior Center, listed on its Contact page.

- PCA Helpline: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for major holidays. Reports of suspected abuse can be made to the Helpline 24/7, 365 days a year.

- Call the PCA Helpline at 215-765-9040 or fill out the online Request Assistance form; a Helpline team member will reach out within two business days. Requests or referrals can also be made online through PCA's request services or refer for services forms.
