International Professionals Program (IPP) — The Welcoming Center

The International Professionals Program (IPP) is a free, 8-week career training program for Philadelphia immigrants looking for full-time work. Participants learn resume writing, finding employers, applying for jobs, interview skills, and building a professional network. After training, participants keep working with the Welcoming Center team for up to 6 months to receive career coaching and support connecting with employment opportunities.

- Who qualifies
- Philadelphia immigrants who have a university degree or professional experience from another country, have U.S. work authorization, and have an intermediate or higher English level, and who are looking for full-time employment. The program is not open to residents of surrounding counties.
