SEPTA Access Paratransit & Shared-Ride (formerly CCT Connect)

Verified · October 23, 2026 Deadline soon — check dates

SEPTA Access is SEPTA’s paratransit service, previously known as CCT Connect. It provides door-to-door shared rides by advance reservation through two programs: ADA Paratransit for people with disabilities who are functionally unable to use regular fixed-route service, and the Shared-Ride Program for Philadelphia residents age 65 and older. Riders share the vehicle with other customers; SEPTA states it is not a taxi service, medical transport, or special care service, and there is no same-day or emergency service.

Once registered, reserve rides one to three days in advance at 215-580-7700.
Cost
Registered Shared-Ride and ADA Paratransit customers pay $5.75 for a one-way trip within the service region, paid in cash or through the card's wallet. A registered Personal Care Attendant rides with an ADA Paratransit customer at no additional cost.
