PGW’s Customer Responsibility Program (CRP) is a customer assistance program that helps low-income customers better afford their PGW bills and keep their gas service on. CRP customers pay less each month, based on household size, gross household income and the home’s average gas bill, and past debt is forgiven over time. PGW’s consumer page describes the saving as cutting your bill in half, up to 50%.
