Career Connected Learning PHL (C2L-PHL)

Organization: City of Philadelphia (Office of Children and Families), Philadelphia Works, and the School District of Philadelphia
Who qualifies: Philadelphia residents ages 12–24. You can apply for only one program per application cycle, and priority is given to in-school youth.
How to apply: Apply through the C2L-PHL program page at phila.gov/c2lphl when registration is open. Registration has closed for the Summer 2026 program, and the city page posts updated information for upcoming cycles. For questions, email C2LPHL@jevs.org.
Cost: No cost to participate; all participants have the opportunity to earn a stipend for participation
