The City’s Office of Reentry Partnerships (ORP), in the Division of Reentry, supports people who are transitioning from incarceration back into society. ORP provides comprehensive services to reduce recidivism, promote community reintegration, and enhance opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals in their personal, professional, and social lives. It works with City partners, community organizations, employers, and service providers so returning citizens have the resources and support they need to reintegrate successfully.
