SEPTA Access is SEPTA’s paratransit service, previously known as CCT Connect. It provides door-to-door shared rides by advance reservation through two programs: ADA Paratransit for people with disabilities who are functionally unable to use regular fixed-route service, and the Shared-Ride Program for Philadelphia residents age 65 and older. Riders share the vehicle with other customers; SEPTA states it is not a taxi service, medical transport, or special care service, and there is no same-day or emergency service.
