Neighborhood Energy Centers (NECs)

Verified · October 23, 2026 Deadline soon — check dates

ECA’s 16 Neighborhood Energy Centers serve as one-stop-shops for community members to learn about utility bill assistance programs, home repair and weatherization, budget counseling, and connection to services across the city. Each center is hosted by a local community organization in a Philadelphia neighborhood, so residents can get in-person energy help close to home. The centers are a walk-in help door, separate from ECA’s Heater Hotline repair service and from the Weatherization Assistance Program itself.
